Why Chester Valley Trail Rocks

The Chester Valley Trail (CVT) is an 18.6-mile stretch of paved paradise, weaving through the charming Chester Valley. It’s fully ADA accessible, so it’s perfect for everyone, whether you’re walking, jogging, cycling, or, like me, gliding on rollerblades. The trail follows the corridor of the historic Philadelphia and Chester Valley Railroad, offering not just a workout, but a slice of history.

Fun Fitness Activities on the CVT

1. Walking and Jogging:

The wide, paved paths are perfect for walking and jogging. Take a leisurely walk to soak in the natural beauty, or ramp up your pace for a heart-pumping run. The trail’s length allows you to tailor your workout to your fitness level.
